A La Serva Padrona (The Servant Turned Mistress) is an opera buffa by Giovanni Battista Pergolesi (1710-1736) to a libretto by Gennaro Antonio Federico, after the play by Jacopo Angello Nelli. The theatrical action is a fictionalized reconstruction, in a playful manner, of historical events that really happened in the middle of the '800 in Paris.

Music for the Royal Fireworks

VIBE will perform two of Handel's works 'fit for a king'. The Water Music is the most famous of Handel's instrumental works which was performed for the first time to accompany King George I and his entourage during a Royal cruise up and down the Thames. Handel's jubilant Music for the Royal Fireworks had King George II, attending the first performance again on the River Thames.

A limited number of the best seats for each event are being offered at a premium price. These can be booked directly online.

 

 Discounted seats

Discounted seats are offered for senior citizens and students. Bookings need to be made in person (with a relevant card) at the Booking Office. Student Culture Card is also accepted.

 

 Agents and Tour Operators  

Approved agents get a commission rate of 5% on group bookings of less than 30 people and 10% for groups of 30 or more for any of the performances. Reserved seats for group bookings made through Tour Operators can only be made by the Tour Operator directly with the Teatru Manoel Booking Office. These are also subject to availability.  All group bookings to be confirmed and paid in full by Friday 31st October 2016.

No commission will be given on senior citizen and student card bookings, even if booked in bulk.
